Full Payment Requirement: Full payment is mandatory in advance for Special Train Journeys, hotels, or resorts bookings during peak seasons (XMas, New Year).

Mode of Payment: Overseas advance payments can be made through Wire Transfer to our bank.

Cancellation Policy:

    Cancellation charges apply as follows:

      45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost

      15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost

      07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost

      48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund

    Written cancellations are accepted on all working days except Sundays. Requests sent on Sundays will be processed the following working day (Monday).

Wildlife Safaris Cancellation: All wildlife safaris in Indian Wildlife National Parks/Sanctuaries are nonrefundable. Date change requests are considered as cancellations with no refund or adjustment.

Liabilities & Limitations: After finalization of the Tour/service Cost, any increase in entrance fees of monuments/museums, Taxes, fuel cost, or guide charges by the Government of India will be charged extra We act as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & contractors, and all services are provided subject to their terms & conditions.

    Itineraries are sample itineraries, and we reserve the right to change schedules for trip participants’ safety, comfort & wellbeing.

    Rates are based on negotiated rates with hotels, airlines, etc., and are subject to change without notice.

    We shall not be responsible for any delays, alterations, expenses, loss, injury, or damage due to natural hazards, accidents, breakdowns, etc.

Disclaimer: We will not be responsible for any costs arising from unforeseen circumstances like landslides, roadblocks, bad weather, etc.

Health and Safety: Participants must ensure they are medically and physically fit for the tour. Participants with existing medical conditions must notify देहराSafar at the time of booking. It is recommended to carry adequate medical insurance. देहराSafar reserves the right to deny participation to any individual deemed unfit for the tour.

Travel Documents: Participants must possess valid travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, and medical certificates, as required for the tour. देहराSafar is not liable for any consequences due to incomplete or incorrect travel documents.

Responsibility for Personal Belongings: Participants are responsible for the safety of their belongings throughout the tour. देहराSafar is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

Behavioral Expectations: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards fellow participants, guides, and locals. देहराSafar reserves the right to remove any participant from the tour for disruptive behavior, without refund.

Force Majeure: देहराSafar is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and government restrictions.

Photography and Video: Participants may be photographed or filmed during the tour for promotional purposes. By participating, participants consent to the use of their likeness in such materials.

Environmental Responsibility: Participants are expected to respect the environment and local communities during the tour. Littering, damaging flora or fauna, or engaging in any activity harmful to the environment is strictly prohibited.

Modification of Terms: देहराSafar reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions regularly.
